All our pies are made in a kitchen where fresh ingredients are used daily, Cross contamination MAY OCCUR. Below are a list of our ingredients. Occasionally things have to be substituted if there is a shortage from our suppliers. If you have a severe allergy to something please get in touch. The team at Holmesbake.

 

ALL OUR PIES CONTAIN EGG WASH ONTOP – Unless requested otherwise. Our Vegan pie is a roasted vegetable pie without Egg wash –

Peas, Mint Sauce – Mint sauce (Mint (25%), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar

Red Potatos, Milk, Butter, Salt.

Chicken and Leek Pie

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

Chicken Breast, Chicken thigh, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion, Turnip, thyme, Corn flour, Butter, milk, chicken stock, parsley, mustard, salt and Pepper, Nigella seed.

All our pies are made with Jus Rol Pastry which contains Gluten





Thai Chicken Pie

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

 

Chicken Breast / Thigh, Coconut milk, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion corn flour, May ploy curry paste, olive oil, ginger, lemon grass, chicken stock, chilli, salt, pepper, fresh lime juice.

Christmas Pie

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

Turkey Breast / Crown, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion, Turnip, thyme, Corn flour, Butter, milk, chicken stock, parsley, mustard, salt and Pepper.

 

Stuffing:

Wheat Flour (with Added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dried Onion (15%), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Sunflower), Salt, Dried Sage (1.5%), Dried Parsley, Raising Agents, Barley Malt Extract.

Steak and Ale Pie

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

Beef Steak, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion, Turnip, Rosemary, tomatos,, thyme, beef stock, parsley, mustard trace, Garlic trace, salt and Pepper, Nigella seed.

Gluten Free Goulash!

 

Ingredients:

 


Corguette, Butternut Squash, Red onion, Tomatos, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion, Turnip, thyme, Vegetable stock, parsley, mustard trace, salt and Pepper, Nigella seed.

 

 

 

 

 

Spinach and RIcotta Pie.

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

Fresh Spinach, Ricotta, EGG, Feta, cheddar, Corguette, Red onion, Sliced Leeks, Carrot, Onion, Turnip, thyme, Corn flour, Milk, Butter, Vegetable stock, parsley, mustard, salt and Pepper, Nigella seed.

Morrocan Lamb Tagine Pie

 

Ingredients:

 

Pie Filling:

Lamb, Red Onion, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Ground Ginger, Tumeric, Cinnamon, Olice oil, tomatoes, garlic, dried apricots, Honey, parsley.

BBQ Beef Ribs

 

Scotch Brisket / jacobs Ladder / mix.

 

Slowly cooked in a mixture of black pepper, chilli, and BBQ sauce glaze:
