BBQ BEEF RIBS IN A BRIOCHE WITH SEASONAL SALAD OR WITH MASH AND VEG
Each morning we butcher a full side of beef, ribs, flank and brisket included and combine with a mix of herbs and spices before braising and roasting for up to six hours.
Lunch Monday to friday.
MEAT FROM ONE OF OUR SUPPLIERS.
We only use the best beef available to us, We either source Scotch Beef or a farm local to us in london 'Woodwards farm' in Cambridgeshire.
Meat prepared onsite hygienically and professionally by our team.
Rain or shine we will be trading at one of our locations in London -
Delicious with one of our sauces – BBQ Chilli or the Hot shit (available to buy online)
